Have to agree with @Junhaus11 on this.

Directors buying on market is not a strong fundamental to be relied upon.
It makes us feel good at the time but rarely sustains the SP.

For example
I am a shareholder of a coy where it is a policy the directors buy a year's salary worth of shares on market.

I support the policy and I believe the goal is to align the directors with the shareholders by having their own money/skin in the game. However, the market arguably still has this company undervalued. i.e. this scenario doesn't really help the SP. IMO what this does do is constantly reminded the Directors their decisions impact themselves the same way it impacts SHs. Hopefully better and more diligent decisions are made.

I wish politicians were on the same wicket!
