This is a very good signal for the long term viability of the project, however it does raise some curiosities.
A board member can't trade with knowledge that is not public. Does this mean that the DFS / BFS haven't been prepared?
Does this also mean there are no BOAs about to be signed? Or a financial package?
Presumably not or this would be insider trading.
So perhaps this is short term bad news but long term good news. (This would explain why the share price reaction has been muted).
Overall, positive news for long term holders (err...but why isn't there a DFS?).
