trickledown economy is rubbish. the people up top just hold the money (making them more unhappy)and it's not distributed to the larger economy, therefore stagnating it, limiting their growth.
maybe that's why ISX had someone else doing sharemarket so there is a separation from payments and to minimise governance issues. ISX could have easily just done a takeover of NSX if it wanted.
