This is a Cobra announcement (lists on the London Stock Exchange) which we obviously have to release at the same time. It has no relation to MEP as the tenement is 100% owned by ADN and apart from enticing MEP holders over, it really doesn't affect MEP.
The other multitude of announcements we're all waiting for directly relate to our partnership with MEP through the GWKP and NN, so they'll be held back until the merger is finalised due to the effect it could have on the outcome i.e. new bidder appearing, holders holding out due to thinking new announcements mean they should be offered more, etc.
Hopefully not long more and we're on our way to the races with the various bits of news we are waiting for.
