I think the total share registry is getting close to 2B? How many more are outstanding? Another 100m for Togni? Maybe the same for mgmt? Any more options? It will be 2.2B+ when it’s all said and done. This dilution isn’t something to ignore but it’s all already pretty much predetermined. Definitely limits what SP MEI can potentially get up to. And this isn’t factoring in the CR when we get closer to mining as well, but maybe we can debt finance instead?
when I was reading thru the SCP research I thought the projection of SOI is one thing they didn’t get right. I spotted a few other questionable assumptions that I can’t remember now.
