Generically Its a shame there is not a public website that shows the names of individuals who have been the directors or secretaries of companies that have gone into administration , so retail investors are aware when researching companies to invest in .
I almost feel like setting up a company then having a pay based website that investors could get that information on assuming it did not run foul of private information law or cause defamation .
