Of course shareholder frustrations can be understood, and if someone has a negative opinion of management and the board or the Company’s future prospects then that is their right. It’s also very evident that any Company builds a reputation with a successful track record of delivery, and that gets them the benefit of the doubt.
It’s just not productive to bring the salary into every thread - the Board is well aware of shareholder concerns on the matter.
