I agree, I work in the Coles Group and have seen the supermarkets suffer at the hands of Fletcher who was unable to change the culture and treated the business as a cash cow until there was nothing left. I am very positive that under the new leadership Coles will be an absolute success with the early signs already emerging. Just wait for the full year results and watch WES begin to move. Its about doing things well in a sensible time frame not like before where the goal was to double the profit in 4 years.
