Don't forget this part of the announcement:"Support the anode recycling program with blending the recycled anode with its high purityand high-performance Tanzanian graphite to increase re-use and uptake with customers."
Eco also has a patent on the recycling process. BASF, with its research capacities, would not be interested if it could replicate this process in one way or another.
Maybe it will be something bigger with BASF, or maybe not. But the exaggerated pessimism is annoying.
