Germans know the meaning of having BASF as your partner... and what is non-binding first can easily get converted to binding as discussions progress...
very rarely do 2 partners sign on a binding term sheet... mostly it transitions from non-binding to a more permanent relationship...
the only issue is that EGR has many such documents signed but nothing to show for it... so that will weigh on our sentiments BUT no one can ignore someone like BASF coming on to your client list...
around 7-8 years ago BASF was touted as one of our Tanzgraphite client... nothing came out of those rumours...maybe this is the start of a long partnership...
GLTAH this is a huge customer to have...no one can downplay that
