Cracker day, bottom is in, JV partner was given 30 days to come up with $2.28m otherwise we move to 85% and clear pathway to negotiate balance 15 and move to full ownership. Hope JV partner is liquid otherwise 30 days not long to sell assets, raise debt or find investor. Smart move by Zeff going early on this pre MRE and feasibility as it weakens JVs position. Doesnt get a free ride to feaso where the deposit becomes more valuable. Another great management decision.
