I agree, Star have implemented changes to comply.
Patrons with Platinum membership or above have had to sign declarations on their income and assets. Time restrictions are being enforced. Police checks have been completed and no free alcohol.
New Zealand were going to be world leaders in banning tobacco and then decided to scrap the idea to fund new tax cuts. Change can happen.
