you sound like you have a bit of knowledge around how the courts operate. Still leaves me with a burning question and that is one that @Dineen has already alluded to, and that is a pending court doesn't warrant the ASX to continue on with the suspension. Nothing has been disclosed to the share holders of ISX and it is akin to being held to ransom. How can it be that the ASX is allowed to behave in this manner?
