At first thought, yes, but then when you dig a bit deeper into "why", IMO doctors and specialists are the last to find out about new advancements. Most doctors aren't interested and generally won't find out until it's basically an adopted technology.
A lot of doctors will frown their nose at anything they weren't taught, including natural remedies. Younger doctors are tending to accept and not resist natural options but they will never recommend it as they cannot.
A 70 year old anybody is going to generally be resistant to change, so this doesn't prove your case in any way. Show me where medical advisories/boards/groups are turning away from it and then I'll be interested.
In fact, if anyone works for a company that is on the ASX, I suggest reviewing their announcements. You will probably glean more information than through your internal comms channels.
