CDX is much more advanced with there Spygmocor technology and Blumio sensors...patented,tested and proven with FDA clearance. Production and marketing on the way, where the Apple Watch you are talking off is still 1-2 or even more years away. As well all the sensors and the so far collected data by Rockley Photonics for the next generation Apple watch is not validated in any study yet. I doubt that the accuracy will be similar to CDX sensors, what makes sense because the Apple Watch is only a personal health device, not like CDX devices which will act as personal and clinical FDA approved devices ...CDX will be clearly first on the market with an more advanced and accurate device.
