no doubt they could "deliver" nickel if they needed to ... I'm much more interested in them getting up to capacity.

Then they are worth serious money. Issue will be whether they get there. With commissioning advancing, project risk evaporates and those who have run the numbers and the technicals will see all the hard work done, most of the risk removed but none of the appreciation/premium in the SP a growing producer warrants.

Most Co's making this transition would dearly love to skip this bit if only to minimize the TO risk.
