When a Google search around the world shows it has been banned and fined in country of origin, it makes marketing very difficult. Is the company even allowed to counter the TGA ban without getting another fine? So how cautious does an Australian company have to be? We have seen how in the US when Paxlovid had emergency authorisation it was not allowed to advertise and the media article about the FDA COMMISSIONER advertising Paxlovid.
And yes many do a Google search before buying medications (medical devices) because they want to see if others think out effective…
