I went to see what CPH Creso Pharma was up to this morning and they are Gonski as well...

"Were those companies run with a lack of transparency? Did they make promise after promise, whilst sweeping their failures under the rug?
Did they have numerous related party transactions? Did their directors never purchase a single share on market or capital raise? "

Many were if you followed them...company after company had big ideas/stories and did CR after CR and went bust or have crippling debt.



Nice to see ASIC doing their job where needed! Not the toothless tiger after all?
