very positive announcement imo. I like the sound of the cash reducing strategies that they are implementing to reduce the necessity for any ST capital raising. Sounds like they are quite confident of a positive outcome to the impasse knowing that they can raise at a much higher amount once it happens. Time to top up me thinks. Once the big seller is done it could turn quickly. I'm gonna change my sentiment to buy
