    4DS say as much on their website

    PCMO ReRAM is also known for speed (thanks to 4DS, which has stitched up all the patents in this area in this area).

    Speed close to DRAM means 4DS' tech is well suited for Storage Class Memory, where retention is low priority

    WD gets it, as does imec.

    Industry is watching and waiting.
