This is a company structured to support management salary outcomes. KPIs that can be achieved without return on investment for the shareholders. Beyer $1.5 mil plus bonuses. Board $160K plus incentives.Minor league paying major league.
Surely these adjustments / impairments were known long before now. Beyer does not communicate much upside but thought is back ground would ensure costs and issues were managed or reported promptly. Cant even do that.
It maybe worth a trip to Perth to watch the walk of shame.
And gold has > downside than upside.
Never any talk of cost reviews, McPhillamys is a joke / Hail Mary and I doubt that anybody would buy or merge.
No Divs, debt and Tropicana is the only hope.
The bonuses will be interesting.
