Divestment of non core assets will serve 2 purposes.
Obviously,pay down CN and losing the baggage makes GBM much more attractive to a major(NCM?).
I have waited many years for the junior Goldie’s and explorers to have the time in the sun and I believe we are on the cusp of bullrun in the sector which will see a lot of M&A activity imo.
I hold a substantial position after loading up in the 2’s and am looking forward to our and Newcrest imminent field campaigns.
Time for the junior gold sector to lose its ugly duckling tag and watch the herds poor in.
