Indeed.
Broker forecasts I've seen estimate December trading from the early completion of the TGG acquisition should add $11m to FY17 EBIT and between 3 & 4 cents uplift to FY2017 EPS.
Remember also the conservative assumption of no sales growth from TGG in FY17 despite JBH's own year-to-date sales growth humming along at 12%, seems a fair chance of earnings outperformance IMO.
