Even at $3B OZL is a way undervalued company with many potential assets not sufficiently advanced to be able to provide valuations on. You'd be familiar with a company having loads of top quality assets a takeover company wants and provides $0 valuations to. Seems like a sweet spot for a buyer. Of course Glencore is somewhere around a $50B company. No suggestions from me, but on face value it doesn't seem an outrageous suggestion.
