I think a lot of international shareholders are out there that cannot get "their well-earned shares", I´m from Gemrany, my bank made me the offer, I can see the shares in my account at no vaiue but still don´t know, whether I´m entitled. The shares are deposited in Australia with another bank. I wonder if this one of the the so-called sub underwriters?? That would also explain the high amount of non-taken shares at this point of time. Just guessing and hoping.
