I seriously doubt it wobbly. Unfortunately, I suspect it is more to do with this (from the most recent quarterly):

"A Shareholder meeting held on 25th May approved the distribution of 16.5 million fully paid ordinary shares in Swift Resources Ltd in specie to GBM shareholders. This will provide GBM shareholders one fully paid ordinary in listed public company Swift Resources Limited for approximately every 14.4 GBM shares. The transaction is dependent on Swift Resources Ltd listing by 10 October 2012. "

Not much room for delays anymore (today's delay being the 7th delay since the original proposed date of listing/quotation).
