“Brookfield” aren’t even the bidders. Neither are they the only party involved nor will they themselves acquire ORG’s shares. Just look up Mid Ocean/EIG and the names involved. Ozsuper knows that. They also know they are late to the party. At the very least, glance through the scheme booklet - you’ll realise who is driving it. Also visit the news section of EIG/Midocean’s website. Brookfield will look small after that. Oz will minuscule.
