Do you really think that $5.6m of cost / annum for staff, admin and corporate is acceptable given where they are at?
I'd like to know what 'marketing' they do because the ROI seems woeful.
And yes PRODUCT is king.....no chance of building a great brand if your product sucks.
'Zero moment of truth' …..ultimately you will succeed or fail based on your product.
BTW...vertical integration may well work, but as a public company they owe you, the shareholders, a better explanation about how they will do this. It's called keeping the market informed.
