Did not want to pour cold water on those SH who spoke to PC recently but I sure hope they are happy with this "strategic" event. It does not look like a SP coup by any measure but the reverse.
My opinion is that STM (who suddenly found some loose change after declaring money restrictions coming out of China for past 2 CRs!) was forced to step in after failing to clinch the mega deal with another party albeit there is another (small) money to be consummated on the 3rd or 4th Sept. All in what I see is delaying tactics, again. Goal post have shifted (for financing and production), again. If not sitting on 6 digit losses I would have sold today.
Another BS CR to pay his high wages. When will this crap end? IMHO.
