Not really sure what added value UBS brings, if partners were interested they'd be beating a path direct to Sheffield's door? It's a wordy announcement that seems code for a) we need someone to find a partner because we haven't yet, or b) something else is brewing (am not convinced however by t/o talk) and it's being arranged via UBS already. UBS fees are the one thing guaranteed.
