I was surprised when Simon Noon affirmed Q3 guidance for offtakes in the last quarterly. I assumed it was an unintentional oversight and he had simply forgotten to pencil in a further delay. As you correctly observe, he seems to have corrected this mistake in the D&D presentation (not just delaying guidance this time but withdrawing it altogether).
