Obviously sounded a big sum of money (...and was), but unless you know the specifics against it (e.g initial and long term costs), then I guess its hard to judge, especially if you feel alternate avenues can bring substantially greater rewards (i.e urea and hydrogen). Money men seem to have faith in them which is probably my biggest take-away, and yes as you said Phil mentioned, the further you get down the track to success the higher the product price gets. I guess wait for PPL, and see if that springs action for the very point just mentioned.
