The longer term ramp up to 1,2 then 5 mtpa is going to be fluid and will depend on funding, what is important is proving they can deliver a decent quality product at low cost to generate cash. That will pan out over the next couple of quarters, there is a lot of upside here if they can attain the margins they are currently touting. They have strong backing so the funding will be there for 5mtpa if they can show 500k can be done at the indicated 30-50 usd per ton fob.
