I must say I don't own any (never have) and certainly would not buy a share in this company given the financial vandalism I see by directors in consulting fees, shares, loans for little to no assets.
This is one of the worst I have seen. Though I'd seen the worst but this one is the worst.
I see they were lending to their affiliate private companies substantial loans and then impairing the loan or saying it was in payment for consulting fees. The Chapman retainer is incredible.....plus they get a 6% fee to raise capital on top of $150k/month......OMG
Fancy Non executives getting paid these numbers after 2 consolidations in 24 months. Vandalism
