BOAs define the market for the product, why would a finder Dinther due diligence if the market for the product has not been established… they looked, said no thanks for now and moved on. With the Travis deal in place, growing with the production capacity, it is a different proposition and now they will take the time to have an actual good look at the current numbers and market.
doesn’t look like BS to me, looks like a fair description of events, with funding to be sorted by Christmas (at the earliest)
