    Maybe they've found REEs in the drills above the copper. Lol

    A JV would take a while to put together, first the partner would go through the data room and cores, then negotiation would take sometime too. And there would be NDAs involved between the parties especially if BHP/FMG etc.

    just a thought, not that I know anything.
