Can someone provide a link to the official information about the vote. I've got mired in ASIC and Corporations Act stuff. My recollection is that unless 50% or more of shareholders vote, the deal is struck down. If more than 50% of shareholders vote, 75% of shareholders have to vote YES, one shareholder one vote. Also, even if the vote is YES, it still has to be approved by the court. Many snakes have emerged from the grass to sow FUD. Let's stick to facts.
