While the meeting will in all likelihood be a formality given the positive response to the scheme by major shareholders Tartak and Malouf, it's regrettable that it's not being held in person (with a live stream for those unable to attend).

Companies ought stop using 'COVID-19' as an excuse to get away with solely remote meetings. Australia's only Premier who has shown resilience, Gladys Berejiklian, happens to be in NSW. I reckon she'd agree with me.
