spot on.... even the IER says its undervalued if you plug in higher gas prices than what they have modelled. Refer note 197 on page 57 of the IER. The numbers they modelled on are per page 34 of the IER. If you think the numbers will be better than that, I agree with db76 - vote NO. Given a large amount of gas is not contracted from 2023 (not long) the numbers could get better very quickly.
@CEOChair they were paid $250k plus gst to do the report.
like @Gwaihir i don't pay much attention to IER's as they are not trying to value the business and get the seller the best price- they are offering an opinion whether an offer "is fair and reasonable".
