Mate, how do you figure there is a multi-million dollar settlement here? I mean seriously this has been discussed to death but I just cant see ANYWAY that there is a binding agreement in any email here. Anyone who thinks that there is is in my opinion naive - especially given MZN do NOTHING for 8 months (other than having management engage in insider trading type buying and massive breaches of disclosure obligations - if there was a contract).
When has anyone ever entered into a binding agreement to do anything and then sat on their hands for 8 months. so lol.
Not saying there wont be a settlement - as its in everyone's best interests to close the matter and hand it to ASIC - but its not going to be millions.
Your scare mongering is ill conceived and quite frankly unwarranted.
