i imagine that cow has used taw as the distribution mechanism for this message to save some of that cow capital. i would think that the actual ruling will get mailed from cow - using the cow registry, as well as detailed on a40 asx announcements.
cow spin-off is done and dusted. u either have cow shares or u do not. ipo was the thing that got canned (the asx list)
