Thank your for picking up your repeated mistake qqqq's. Revenue was $11.5m and not $11.25M as you wrote half a dozen times.
I don't think we have enough data to say that Track is underperforming just yet. The company said that Track was operating at the lower end of their forecast range, they did not say that Track was operating worse than their forecast range.
They gave reasons for reduced revenue, which I don't have a major issue with. Perhaps they've cut some marketing/expenses out of Track in poor performing areas with low margin - this would seem to make sense since EBITDA was pretty much maintained with lower revenue.
