Well this is a nice surprise. 2021 valuation of shopping centre and adjacent land of $ 83.6 m. In books this year at cost of $ 38.6 m.
Profit of $ 45 m minus tax ( 30% ? ) = $ 31.5 m. 82 mill shares on issue = 38 cents per share.
2022-23 bottom line promises to be quite respectable.
I think this assessment is correct.
