Shorting strategy is working well - from highs of $7.00 to now... im doing better than any shareholder who has purchased in the last 2 years!
Typical Cedar Woods strategy - they are not going to high their financial target for the year... so offload an asset to boost profits. Good short term play but very weak medium to long term play....
Also worth noting all of management are going to hit their bonus structures by selling the shopping centre! Big bonuses for management again.
Why would they sell the shopping centre if they were on track to acheive the forecasted profits for the year without the sale of it?
Might have a rise back to $5 but then will be coming back down to $4 once the shopping centre sale profits are absorbed.
