very little free float in this. So it will take two to three entities to pull the trigger to have this at 60% acceptance.
As you said, people will probably be waiting for the takeover to be voted through by cza so that the offer is actually official before accepting it.
technically we haven't even received the offer yet, as cza haven't approved offering it to us.
I think it will all go through as both management teams seem happy to push this through. Generally friendly takeovers don't fall through as all vested interests that matter want to see it happen.
