This announcement is just let people know if they want to nominate a director to the board at the AGM they have to do it before the closing date. This is a standard ASX compliance announcement.
This has nothing to do with the appointment of management positions like CSO, CFO, CMO, CSO, etc. These appointments are made by the board.
