Fair comments. We definitely need to read the 2022 Annual Report Remuneration Report. As a shareholder and part-owner of this Company, I feel somewhat aggrieved when an employee of the Company tells me that I am not entitled to view documents in their possession.
If you look at Joe Ranford's remuneration package. For the 2021 financial year he earned $25,000 per month for a three day week. (His total remuneration package was $2,723,771.00).
This was raised to $30,000 for this financial year. In a recent presentation Joe made the following comment:
"I've been thinking about what I've done since Whyalla when I presented there. It doesn't really feel like I've done very much."
Really?? Are we as shareholders getting value for money here when the Operations Director makes comments like this in a public forum?
