Agree loft give these guys a go. Let's see what ADN present leading up to and including the AGM. Go to the AGM and ask questions and then vote accordingly.
If you want to do something positive, bring something to the table that is real or someone who will definitely be better and bring value and negotiate.
Examples are -
buy 10% 300 million shares on market for a seat at the table to talk.
Get someone who is better credentialed without a doubt on the board - Twiggy or Musk
Get a Cornerstone Company to take a stake and a seat on the board.
Not an ex copper bringing his wisdom and his old job description and shareholders giving him a licence to interrogate the current board.
