Is Graeme Johnston still currently an executive director of AVZ, after given a 3 year jail term in DRC?

It's crazy to think about that it's him who has been actively involved in discusses with DRC agencies and other parties in the past two years or so. If there is any respect to DRC law/court and also share holders, AVZ should have at least suspended his director position during the period of appeal, Does anyone look at AVZ appeal doc or any progress since Dec 2021?

Seems to me, the shits have hit the fan. It's time to tell the truth or someone may go to a jail in Australia. The current MC is $2.7B, it would not go to Zero quietly.
