I think its not beyond reality EXR ends up with 2b SOI the rate at which its going. I'll also concede the lifestyle company mantra isnt that from the truth - with $1m going out the door in salaries every year why not drag it on for another 3-5 years, enjoy 5m shares per year 'performance rights', then hope for a TO at 30-50c
All this talk about management knowing everyone in the business, Neil saying he knows Ken, Barbie, Santos Claus accounts for zero.
